Pasadas las 5 de la mañana, los incendiarios ingresaron al frente de la vivienda ubicada en Los Conquistadores al 441 y aprovechando que la propiedad no cuenta con garage, rociaron todo el motor del vehículo con un diluyente de barniz, para posteriormente prenderle fuego.

La situación se vivió con mucho dramatismo ya que a la imagen del auto consumiéndose, se sumó el agravante que las llamas estuvieron a punto de tomar el frente de la vivienda.

“Ahí estaban mis tres nietos” señaló el funcionario a este medio, todo un cuadro que para los chicos (de 12,10 y 6 meses) “fue un shock tremendo”.

Si bien hablaba con mucho recaudo, Abreu aceptó que este hecho estaría relacionado con otros -también violentos- que tuvieron su origen en cuestiones partidarias.

En la ciudad termal “hubo hechos similares que no se han esclarecido hasta el momento” y que con la acumulación de este tipo de agresiones, el escenario “se está tornando muy feo”, expresó.

Para el titular del Ejecutivo municipal “no hubo incidentes como para decir que haya sido una represalia contra ellos” (por su yerno y su hija), insistiendo en que “lamentablemente, esto tiene un matiz político” y al igual que otros atentados denunciados, “son todos hechos que apuntaron a mi gestión de gobierno”, pero que en es te caso “se les ha ido la mano, porque esto es muy grave”.

Por último valoró que “andaba cerca un móvil policial, los que ayudaron a alejar el auto de la vivienda”, pero no pudieron evitar que “se quemara toda la parte del tren delantero, motor, gomas, llantas. Todo eso no sirve más”, concluyó.(RN)

Makanya pas lebaran cuma diparkir aja di parkiran kantor, karena penunggangnya lagi pulang kampung. Setelah lebaran baru bisa dipegang dan akhirnya harus dirawat inap di Bengkel AHASS di daerah Tanah Abang. Sebelum dibengkel itu, ranu udah browsing2 tempat bengkel yang bisa menyembuhkan tengeng stang motorku ini, katanya sih ada bengkel press di daerah Tanah Abang. Setelah meluncur kesana, bolak balik, mondar mandir, nanya nanya, ga nemuin bengkel yang ada di website itu. Kata orang disana, sudah lama ga ada mas.. pindah ato apa gitu,. :( akhirnya muter2 hampir kesasar di kawasan pasar tanah abang. Baru pertama kali aku menjamah lebih dalam di jalanan sekitar pasar tanah abang ini.. memang bener2 wajah pasar.. tapi saat itu masih sepi suasana pasca lebaran ini, jadi ga terlalu macet.

Karena ga nemuin bengkel itu, aku putuskan untuk ke bengkel AHASS di deket sana. Bengkel AHASS ini bengkel pertama yang kudatangi ketika pertama kali menyervice motor Honda Fit R pas baru2nya bawa motor di Jkt. Bengkelnya sih lebih representative buat pelayanan sebuah bengkel. Saat dicek katanya harus distel fork nya.. stangnya melenceng ke kanan 15° ngga heran kalo abis naik motor jadi pegel2 bahunya. Yaudah.. motor ini harus dirawat inap. Kata teknisinya sih, udah 3 motor ini yang bernasib sama.. :)

Katanya sehari bisa diambil, ee.. setelah mau jemput ternya belum dikerjain, yaudah besoknya balik lagi ke bengkel. tapi gapapa..aku bisa jalan2 ke JaCC di jam kantor... hihihi.. 2 hari kemudian, setelah dibolehkan pulang motornya nampak seperti baru keluar dari dealer.. :D iya, kebetulan bengkelnya punya showroom :D.. memuaskan lah.. langsung aja motorna aku mandiin tengah siang (bukan tengah malam).

Dengan begitu, motor Supra Fit R itu kini punya nama FitRi. Konon menurut cerita, Fitri ini diakuisisi dari dealer resmi Honda pada sesaat sebelum lebaran Idul Fitri 2006. Pada sebelum lebaran 2008 harus menjalani operasi stang karena musibah kecil, setelah lebaran 2008 baru kembali bergabung ke dunia per-motor-an. Karena bertipe Fit R, juga punya kenangan di sekitar Idul Fitri, maka motor Supra Fit R kebanggaan ini dijuluki "FitRi" oleh pemiliknya sekaligus penulis blog ini.. hehe..

Istri di belakang, anak di depan. Agar lebih santai, saya mengambil rute lewat jalan kampung.
Ketika hampir sampai di pertigaan yang mengarah ke rumah, saya mulai mengurangi kecepatan, menyalakan lampu sein, dan berjalan agak ke tengah. Dari depan kosong, belakang aman.

Tiba-tiba, gubrak...
Tanpa sepengetahuanku, sebuah sepeda motor dengan kecepatan tinggi mencoba mendahului lewat sebelah kanan. Padahal motor yang kukendari sudah mulai berbelok. Maka tak ayal kedua sepeda motor jatuh di jalan beraspal.

Istriku terjungkal kebelakang, sedang saya dan anak tertindih sebagian badan motor. Anakku menangis meraung-raung. Lututku terasa perih. Beberapa orang yang berada di sekitar lokasi kejadian segera membantu.

Anakku masih menangis, mengatakan kakinya sakit. Innalillahi, jangan-jangan... Tapi alhamdulillah, ketika saya suruh berjalan ia bisa. Mungkin shock, pikirku.
Pengendara motor ‘lawan’ mengomel, masnya belok kok mendadak. Weleeh.. malah ngajak adu mulut. Dibantu beberapa saksi mata, kami serang balik si bapaknya. Dengan data-data akurat (ceilee...), akhirnya dia ngaku salah.

Alhamdulillah, tidak ada yang terluka. Anakku sudah berhenti nangisnya, istri tidak apa-apa. Hanya saya dan bapaknya tadi yang celananya sama-sama robek. Kedua motor rusak ringan. Tapi malamnya, wuaah... badan pegal semua, sakit... setelah diurut agak mendingan. Kejadian yang membuatku belajar untuk hati-hati ketika di jalan. Betul?

Jakarta - Malang nasib Imam Fajri. Niat hendak mencari kerja di Jakarta, dia justru mendapat musibah. Pemuda asal Purwokerto ini terluka serius dibagian perut, kepala, dan punggungnya akibat motor yang dikendarai bersama temannya ditabrak oleh sopir metromini yang mabuk.

Kecelakaan ini terjadi sekitar pukul 22.30 WIB, Minggu (12/10/2008) di ruas Jl S Parman, Tomang, Jakarta Barat. Saat itu Metromini jurusan Slipi-Cengkareng bernopol B 7477 DG menabrak sepeda motor bernopol B 6949 NXD.

"Sopirnya lagi mabuk. Pas ditanya juga bau alkohol mulutnya," ujar petugas Polantas Bripda Rudi S yang ditemui detikcom di lokasi.

Menurut saksi mata, awal mulanya, bus yang dikendarai sopir bernama Malik ini tengah melaju kencang. Namun, begitu di tikungan ke arah Grogol, Metromini itu tiba-tiba menghantam sebuah sepeda motor hingga kemudian menabrak pembatas jalan.

Selain Imam, Ahmad penumpang bus juga mengalami luka-luka dibagian kepala, punggung, gigi dan telapak tangannya. Seorang anak kecil bernama Sri yang masih berusia 4 tahun terpaksa dilarikan ke RS Harapan Kita, karena mengalami luka di bagian kepala, tangan dan punggungnya.

"Sri, adik Andi teman saya. Kita baru datang dari Purwokerto," ujar Imam Fajri sambil meringis kesakitan.

Sri dan penumpang terluka lainnya pun di bawa ke rumah sakit untuk diberi pengobatan. Sementara itu, sang sopir diamankan di pos polantas setempat. Kejadian tersebut juga sempat membuat kemacetan.(mei/ndr)

Alguersuari al principio de temporada se mostraba cauto al hablar de las expectativas en su primer año, él decía que iba a aprender, pero lo bastó un mes para adaptarse al campeonato, y una temporada para hacerse con él.

Jaime se ha convertido en el primer español en ganar la F3 Británica y el más joven en conseguirla el año de su debut con 18 años y medio, Senna lo hizo con 23.

Sin duda alguna es uno de los pilotos con más proyección, con el reto de la F3 Británica superado, aún, no sabemos que hará el año que viene repetir irse a las World Series de papá (su padre Jaime Alguersuari, ex piloto de motos es el creador de las WS ) ó dar el salto a la GP2.

Alguersuari, además, es uno de los niños mimados de Red Bull por sus resultados, no sería de extrañar que siguiera el mismo camino que Sebastián Vettel.

Lo que está claro es que Jaime tarde o temprano pilotará un bólido de F1 y, seguramente, luchará por ser el segundo español en ganar el mundial.

Partía 4º en la parrilla de salida, lo cual ya es meritorio, y gracias a un fallo de Hamilton, que ha forzado a los Ferrari a salirse del trazado, ha motivado la escalada de Kubica y Fernando a los primeros puestos.

No han sacado apenas tiempo a sus perseguidores hasta después de la primera parada en boxes, cuando Alonso ha tomado las riendas de la carrera poniendose primero y obligado a abrir hueco puesto que iba más corto que su amigo Kubica, ha comenzado a tirar fuerte.

Finalmente el "gap" abierto ha sido suficiente para llegar a lo más alto del cajón.

La progresión de Renault en los últimos compases del mundial es ya un hecho. Mejoras en la suspensión, la aerodinámica y un nuevo lubricante Elf con el que ganan 6 caballos, están haciendo posible el resurgir de este equipo.

Si el año que viene Alonso sigue en Renault, que es lo más probable, los últimos acontecimientos dan esperanza de verlo de nuevo en lo más alto de la clasificación.

JAKARTA - Tak hanya mempelajari bagaimana cara mengemudikan sepeda motor secara aman (safety riding). Memahami seluk beluk pertolongan pertama jika terjadi kecelakaan, juga bagian penting yang harus diketahui para bikers.

Bertambahnya jumlah sepeda motor, juga berpotensi mendongkrak kasus kecelakaan. Inilah yang menjadi alasan digelarnya Safety Riding Couse dan First Aid dalam rangakaian acara U Mild U Bikers (UMUB) Safety Race to Asia 2008 yang digelar di delapan kota Indonesia. Bulan ini, UMUB akan diselenggarakan di arena PRJ Kemayoran, 11 hingga 12 Oktober 2008.

Brand Manager U Mild, Yasin Tofani Sadikin saat konferensi pers UMUB 2008 di Pisa Cafe Menteng Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (9/10/2008) mengatakan, keselematan bukan hanya tanggung jawab petugas kesehatan, namun juga perhatian bikers itu sendiri. "Tak mungkin kita mengandalkan bantuan ambulans untuk datang dengan cepat saat terjadi kecelakaan. Bikers harus bisa menangananinya secara tepat dan sesuai dengan kaidah pertolongan," ungkapnya. Terlebih lagi, waktu maksimal seorang korban kecelakaan lalu lintas untuk bertahan dari kondisi darurat hanya 15 menit. Selebihnya, belum tentu dia bisa selamat.

Dia menambahkan, dalam memberikan pertolongan, tidak bisa asal-asalan. Namun ada ilmu-ilmu tertentu yang wajib diketahui. "Jangan sampai niat ingin menolong, malah membuat korban menderita bahkan meninggal," katanya.

Untuk itu, pihaknya menggagas mengadakan pelatihan pertolongan pertama untuk 50 komunitas bikers. UMUB menggandeng Ambulans Gawat Darurat (AGD) 118 untuk memberikan pelatihan. Di antara materi yang diberikan adalah, CPR (bantuan pernapasan), menutup aliran darah, transport (membuka helm korban), mengangkat korban patah tulang, dan lainnya.

Selain itu, UMUB juga menggelar Safety Riding Course yang meliputi materi etika berkendara, teknik berkendara, defensive riding, serta peraturan undang-undang lalu lintas dengan trainer bersertifikat internasional, Joel D Mastana dibantu oleh instruktur dari Ditlantas Mabes Polri dan agen pemegang merek sepda motor, yaitu Yamaha dan Honda. JAKARTA - Kelas motor di atas 250 cc berpeluang diproduksi di Indonesia. Meski pangsa pasarnya relatif kecil.

Ketua Asosiasi Industri Sepeda Motor Indonesia (AISI) Gunadi Sindhuwinata, mengatakan peraturan hanya menjelaskan produksi motor di dalam negeri sebesar 50 sampai 250 cc.

"Diatas itu tidak ada. Jadi tidak apa-apa kalau mau produksi di atas 250 CC," katanya saat halal bihalal di Kantor Depperin.

Gunadi melihat pangsa pasarnya memang kecil sekali. Selain itu modal yang dibutuhkan sangat besar. Maka itu anggotanya lebih banyak memilih masuk ke segmen pasar yang besar yakni dibawah 150 cc

"Jika dengan modal besar, pangsa pasar kecil produsen pasti berpikir," imbuhnya. (ahm)

En NeoFronteras (Noticias de Ciencia y Tecnología) encontré "Un dispositivo simple ahorra un 20% de combustible," 1 de Octubre de 2008 , que me llevó a "Simple device which uses electrical field to boost gas efficiency developed by Temple University researcher," September 25, 2008 , que a su vez me llevó a a buscar los artículos del Dr. Rongjia Tao sobre el tema. Encontré el artículo R. Tao and X. Xu, "Reducing the Viscosity of Crude Oil by Pulsed Electric or Magnetic Field," Energy & Fuels, 20 (5), 2046 -2051, 2006, y el más reciente R. Tao, K. Huang, H. Tang, and D. Bell, "Electrorheology Leads to Efficient Combustion," Energy & Fuels, In Press, September 12, 2008 , origen de la noticia.

Reducir la viscosidad del petróleo crudo es una de las prioridades de la industria del petróleo, ahorraría muchísima energía en su extracción. Lo más fácil, incrementar la temperatura, no es factible. El Dr. Rao propone en su artículo de 2006 el uso de campos magnéticos y/o eléctricos pulsados para reducir la viscosidad del crudo. El único problema es que no es una reducción permanente, dura sólo unas horas, aunque el proceso es fácilmente repetible. Parece que no se ha hecho rico con el invento, quizás la industria petrolífera no confía mucho en su invento porque se generan chispas en el crudo y quizás se hayan "acojonado" un poco.

En su trabajo de 2008, el Dr. Rao propone mejorar la eficiencia del motor y reducir las emisiones contaminantes mediante una nueva tecnología de inyección de combustible basada en utilizar campos eléctricos intensos pulsados para reducir la viscosidad del diesel antes de entrar en el inyector (atomizador). En los pistones del motor, el diesel entra en forma de gotas, gracias al inyector, ya que de esta manera se incrementa el área de contacto entre el combustible y el aire (oxígeno) lo que mejora la combustión (un motor más eficiente) y se reducen las emisiones (combustible no quemado). Hay varias propuestas comerciales de inyectores de combustible por atomización que tratan de reducir el tamaño de las gotas de diesel, pero requieren cambios importantes en el motor. El sistema del Dr. Rao es mucho más sencillo y puede ser acoplado en el motor por un mecánico de automóviles (las fotos muestran el dispositivo en dos ejemplos concretos). Por ello, es un dispositivo útil para el parque automovilistico actual y para el futuro. ¿Se convertirá en millonario el Dr. Rao?

El dispositivo lo único que hace es someter al flujo de diesel antes de entrar en el inyector a un campo eléctrico de 1.0 kV/mm entre dos electrones en forma de rejilla. Su consumo eléctivo es bajo, menor de 0.1 W. En el estudio presentado por el Dr. Rao, tras la aplicación del campo eléctrico durante 2 segundos, la viscosidad se reduce aproximadamente en un 9 %. No es mucho y 2 segundos es mucho tiempo.

De hecho el mismo nos confiesa que sus resultados en el Cornaglia Iveco no fueron los esperados. Tuvieron que subir el campo eléctrico hasta 1.3 kV/mm y conseguir que a 1900 rpm el diesel fluyera por su dispositivo durante 1 segundo (quizás poco tiempo para que todo vaya bien). Los resultados en el Mercedes-Benz 300D, en el que han conseguido que el diesel pase por su dispositivo durante 5 segundos son algo mejores. En laboratorio, el motor incrementa su potencia (caballos de vapor) en un 20.4% con el mismo consumo de combustible. No lo confiesa, pero creo que este coche es el del Dr. Rao, ya que confiesa que usándolo en carretera durante 6 meses ha observado una reducción de su consumo de un 20% en autopista y entre 12-15% en ciudad.

Lo dicho, ¿se convertirá en millonario el Dr. Rao? No lo sé pero lo seguro es que afirma haberse ahorrado algo menos de un 20% en combustible durante 6 meses, lo que no es poco, habida cuenta de lo caro que ha estado el diesel en los últimos meses.

Por cierto, el petróleo ya está por debajo de los 80$ el barril (el Brent está en $78.68). Hace un año que no se veían precios así. El próximo 18 de noviembre se reunen los países de la OPEP para tratar de ver qué les conviene más, un petróleo barato o recortar la producción. Obviamente, la crisis conlleva una baja de la demanda. Lo malo de un petróleo barato es que conlleva una reducción en la inversión en energías renovables, lo que podría perjudicarnos a largo plazo.

Si baja el crudo (petróleo), bajarán la gasolina y el gasóleo. No, lo siento, no es tan fácil. La mayor parte de su precio es debido a los impuestos de los carburantes, que no bajarán (menos aún en plena crisis). Además, el tipo de cambio euro-dólar, con cierta correlación con el precio del crudo, también nos afecta negativamente (el petróleo se compra y vende en dólares no en euros). El resultado es que, si hay una bajada en el precio será pequeña, como la vivida en septiembre de un 4.19 % y 4.17 % para la gasolina sin plomo de 95 octanos y el gasóleo de automoción, respectivamente. Por ejemplo, el pasado 29 de septiembre, la sin plomo se vendía a una media de 1.144 euros por litro, frente a los 1.194 euros que costaba el 1 de septiembre.

Nu e suficient ca o femeie sa conduca ca un barbat, ea trebuie sa conduca mai bine decat un barbat pentru a fi lasata in pace. Daca un tip face un accident, cu siguranta a fost problema cu motoru'. Daca e o tipa, cu siguranta masina era OK, doar ca ea a condus cu sufletu', sau mai stiu eu ce le coace ratiunea aia cu care conduc ei masina.

As putea spune ca mai degraba traim intr-o lume, in care femeia sta oarecum in umbra barbatului, in care barbatul este privilegiat... domina si detine controlul social. O lume in care exista stereotipuri, prejudecati, discriminare de gen in grade diferite... in functie de cultura societatii, de regimul politic etc.

Discriminarea poate avea drept cauza prejudecatiile (transmise prin socializare de la o generatie la alta), interesele barbatilor de a mentine controlul, de a domina, de a-si pastra privilegiile. Nu orice discriminare are drept cauza misogismul. Cand vine vorba de Romania, nu cred ca exista mai mult misogism, ci mai multe prejudecati si discriminare de gen. Exista o defectuoasa socializare a rolurilor genurilor ce perpetueaza prejudecatiile. Femeia este mult mai inferiorizata decat in Occident. Poate ca mamele ar trebui sa fie mai atente la modul in care isi educa fiii.

In limbajul barbatilor... misogin e de multe ori o insigna uneori prinsa la basca alteori ascunsa sub rever. As putea spune ca traim intr-o lume idioata, iar misogismul continut in ea e doar un aspect. Multi sunt acuzati de misogism, fiind poate acuzati de ceva prost definit, Misogismul exista, doar ca nu e neaparat o chestie negativa...

Concluzia mult asteptata... hm!!! Concluzie... ce confuzie! E destul de incurcata treaba, sa fie oare un rau necesar care a motivat femeile sa se miste mai cu talent? Si daca toate actele de misogism, sunt defapt dragoste neimplinita? Indecise, partial inocente sau doar de fatada, din rautate, prostie, gelozie, razbunare sau in ambele sensuri, blande, aspre, nevoite, accidentale...

Femeile si barbatii sunt doua entitati diferite. Fiecare are parti bune si mai putin bune si domenii in care se exceleaza...

Bajaj Auto Indonesia rumornya akan menambah jajaran Pulsarnya yakni dengan mendatangkan Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi yang akan menemani kiprah kedua abangnya yang sudah terlebih dahulu lalu-lalang di jalan-jalan Indonesia. Sepertinya Bajaj Indonesia sedang aktif tahun ini, selain menelurkan adik kecil mereka, XCD 125 mereka juga menambah jajaran motor sport touring mereka dengan Pulsar 220 ini.

Pulsar 220 memiliki bentuk yang, yah mirip-mirip dengan kedua kakaknya. Terlihat dari bentuk dan pola pada tangki, bodi tengah dan buntut yang senada dengan saudara kandungnya. Perbedaan jadi jelas saat melihat bagian depan yang memiliki kedok semi-fairing adanya perbedaan tampang yang keren ini menegaskan perbedaan kelasnya.

Oh ya, fitur rem cakram belakang yang selama ini banyak dilupakan oleh Bajaj di jajaran produknya mulai dipasang di produk ini. Namun soal kaki-kaki sepertinya memang Bajaj keukeuh memasang stereo shock pada sektor peredam kejut, wah akan jadi lebih sip bila Bajaj menghadirkan fitur ini, paling tidak pelipur lara bagi Honda Tiger yang tak kunjung memasang fitur ini.

Beralih ke soal mesin, Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi, sesuai namanya memiliki kapasitas mesin 220cc. Nah huruf-huruf dibelakangnya sedikit menjelaskan teknologi bawaan motor ini. DTS yang artinya Digital Twin Spark artinya pengapian digital dengan dua busi. Bro semua pasti sudah tahu lah, Bajaj terkenal dengan inovasi dua businya, bukan hal yang tak lazim bila teknologi ini muncul di Pulsar 220. Nah Fi yang ada di paling belakang artinya adalah...Fuel Injection. Yah motor ini sudah mengaplikasikan teknologi masa depan tersebut. Klop sudah sepertinya memang motor ini didesain dengan imbuhan teknologi tinggi.

Semua teknologi itu diramu menjadi satu dan bisa menyemburkan tenaga hingga 20ps. Angka ini melebihi Scorpio Z yang dengan kapasitas mesin 225cc-nya hanya beda tipis dengan Pulsar 220, 19 hp. Dengan angka sekian cukuplah bagi Pulsar untuk memperoleh tempat khusus. Tapi ingat tenaga toh bukan segalanya, buktinya Tiger Revo dengan gampangnya melibas penjualan Scorpio.

Nah tinggal bagaimana nanti pengemasan launching-nya, bagaimana nanti membentuk mindset orang Indonesia terhadap produk ini. Tapi mengingat kinerja kedua kakaknya sepertinya cukup mudah bagi Pulsar 220 untuk merebut hati masyarakat. Yah tentu saja pastinya kita harus menunggu untuk beberapa lama lagi, semoga tidak terlalu lama...

Pada periode Januari-Agustus 2008 penjualan sepeda motor telah mencapai angka sekitar 4,2 juta unit atau sekitar 70 persen dari proyeksi penjualan sepeda motor sepanjang tahun ini sekitar enam juta unit.

Berdasarkan data Asosiasi Industri Sepeda motor Indonesia (AISI) Tahun 2005 penjualan sepeda motor mencapai 5.089.426 unit, atau naik sekitar 30% dibanding tahun 2004 yang mencapai 3.900.598 unit yang juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun 2003 yang penjualannya mencapai 2.823.702 unit.

AISI memperkirakan pada 2010 penjualan sepeda motor akan menembus angka sekitar tujuh juta unit.

  1. Lokasi

    Lokasi sangat menentukan keberhasilan usaha bengkel, jadi carilah lokasi yang benar-benar rame bahkan kalo perlu dekati bengkel yang sudah ada tapi rame. Karena paling tidak bengkel anda dapat limpahan dari bengkel terdekat anda.

  2. Design ruangan

    Sebisa mungkin tata ruang bengkel anda seperti bengkel resmi, kalo bisa ditambah supaya punya nilai lebih, seperti disediakan minuman, majalah, Koran dll

  3. Apa saja yang diperlukan untuk membuka bengkel?
  • Yang utama pasti perlengkapan kunci, tools, meja kerja, gerinda, compressor, air gun dana yang perlu disiapkan sekitar Rp. 10.000.000. Apabila anda masih bingung banyak buku-buku tentang bengkel motor yang tersedia di pasaran yang bisa menjadi acuan anda. Atau lebih mantapnya punya teman orang bengkel yang senior, pasti dijamin anda sangat terbantu.
  • Siapkan piping system, seperti di bengkel-bengkel resmi. Untuk yang satu ini lumayan mahal bisa menghabiskan dana 10jt lebih untuk 5 pit, Tapi apabila anda bermodal cekak, piping system ini bisa diabaikan.
  • Ruang tunggu

    Ciptakan ruang tunggu senyaman mungkin, sebab seperti anda ketaui service motor membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, jadi berikan tempat ruang tunggu bagi konsumen senyaman-nyamannya seperti TV, softdrink, Koran, majalah yang berhubungan motor/otomotif

Tapi semua itu akan dapat berjalan dengan baik setelah kita menjalaninya, kita akan tau spare apa yang sering dicari dan yang jarang dicari
  • "Kalo mau usaha bengkel mesti paham tentang mesin" itu pemahaman yang salah. Yang paling penting dalam setiap usaha adalah bagaimana cara kita melihat peluang. Jadi cari 1 mekanik yang bagus dan yang lain cukup bisa servis ringan.
  • Cantumkan nama bengkel anda yang besar dan kasi nama yang mudah di ingat orang dan daftarkan bengkel anda jadi jaringan Spare Part resmi, Karena peluang menjadi jaringan spare part jauh lebih mudah daripada servis resmi. Plus kalo bisa Gandeng produk-produk oli
  • Sebagai patokan kalo bengkel di kota besar, diluar lokasi dan bangunan diperlukan dana sekitar Rp. 75 – 100 juta. Kalo di kabupaten sekitar Rp. 50 -75 Juta.
  • Masih terlalu besar dengan modal segitu, Gimana kalo membuka usaha "Spare part motor dan aksesoris saja ?" mungkin modalnya bisa lebih terjangkau.

4. Marketing

Berbicara tentang Marketing sangatlah menarik dan menantang, sebab Marketing mempunyai tujuan, bagaimana mendatangkan pembeli sebanyak mungkin dan secara kontinu. Bagaimana supaya hal itu terwujud, prinsipnya yaitu "win win solution" sama sama untung, pembeli untung dan penjual juga untung.
