To start, i've added another link, krazerxz my ebay page (which is my ebay profile). This will have the items i am selling at any point in time, i usually have at least something electronic on.

The reason i put this up is because i sell quite a lot of the PDAs I review on ebay, so if you liked the item, you could check back to here to see if it was for sale, well that was my thinking anyway.

The second reason is as i wrote this short post a week ago. And i wanted to know if i could save the post so it was ready to go when i wanted to put it up. Which, apparently has worked.

Buying PDAs to review and sell gave me another idea. As I see it, all a laptop is, is a big PDA. With some special features, i would be able to review them too. And as most laptops are worth more than most PDAs, hopefully also make a profit.

Finally, you may have noticed that i write the letter i without a capital letter. That's how i like it... I sometimes use a capital letter, like then, as that is the start of a sentence. Also , random I's may appear when the zig zag underlining annoys me enough to use the shift key, otherwise, i shall use i.

     My wife began to use the computer for school. That's why we bought it, after all. She was enrolled in our local community college so that she could finish the degree she'd begun so long ago in those carefree days before children and a mortgage. We had such hopes... 

     The Horned One took his time, started small. A file not saved here, a song corrupted there. Neither of us had ever used Vista before, so we weren't familiar with it. We couldn't recognize Satan from the usual gremlins that inhabit any technological device. (I began to know we were dealing with Satan when every song in my wife's My Music folder turned into a copy of the iCarly© theme song.) Satan took to attacking more and more frequently. Within a week, we couldn't keep the thing running for more than ten minutes or so before he'd make an appearance. I finally convinced my wife that it was time to call in professional help.

     We have only ourselves to blame. We thought we would be safe as we'd paid for an extended warranty and everyone knows that if you buy one, you'll never need to use it. We trusted. We believed, if you can accept that, in this day and age. The door to Hell opened again one fateful day more than four months ago. Only this time, we invited the evil to enter. We begged it to, and we didn't even realize what we were doing. I look back on those two poor, lost wights that were my wife and I and feel a small amount of pity, but as bitter as I've grown, I mostly feel contempt for their innocence and a sour hatred for the cause of it's destruction. We called Hell's Technical Support team that curséd night and thus began our descent into Hell...

Today was not a very fun day today in comparison to the rest of the week; we went back-to-school shopping including shoes, trousers, shorts, stationery, and then went for haircuts... :o(

Fishy Surprise Note time!

Harry recently bought two new female and one new male fish (guppies). Now, after about a week, we have had to buy a fish nursery for the nineteen baby fish that were born! There are 5 black molly babies and 14 see-through guppy babies. Aaah, how cute. Not.

Google is in the internet and they can use with computer and laptop.

We use google for searching anything we want in the internet.

I am not responsible for the audio of these cartoons since I have no audio on the laptop I'm working on currently, but I do know - since I watched them both - that the dialogues appear on the video like in the 1920 movies.

The story is constructed in three parts, but only two were done so far. It is easy to watch, the resemblance to the Rammstein members is very good and it does play to some Rammstein controversies.Controversies which I will let you discover by your own. It is funny and, I think, captivating.

Without further a due, I will let you enjoy this very well crafted cartoon.

My new laptop's clock is always out of order, always displaying the wrong time, sent it back to the service center for bios updating and when it came back a day later it was still the same. We went back to the shop and the owner agreed to give us a new replacement. I was in JB at that time so my parents were handling the whole exchanging process. They called me up telling me that the model I wanted last time is in stock and asked me whether I wanted the model. I thought about it for a while and said I'm happy with the current model. So in the end I told them to make the decision for me.

When I came back yesterday, another new beast machine was waiting for me at home, intel core 2 duo with dedicated video memory and 4GB of RAM. This laptop will serve me well for another few years, till I can afford to get my iMac =P

My 2nd new laptop

For the whole august I've been busy spending time with my gf, and at the same time busy fixing laptops. All in all, I've been installing and uninstalling softwares for 3 new laptops ( 2 of mine and my gf ), formating 2 old laptops. And besides that running certain softwares on vista is a big headache.. Hopefully I'll get used to it soon.

Will be flying off next tuesday and I really enjoyed my summer holidays this time, learning so much from Jimbo and being able to spend most of my time with my family and gf. Another 2 more years to go..

I have a few issues. First of all, I need some computer help. I've upgraded to the latest Mozilla Firefox and now all of my bookmarks have disappeared, the 'back' button doesn't work and it records absolutely no history. What the hell is going on around here?

Second of all, I need a new laptop. Mine is about three and a half years old now, Word documents keep freezing up after ten minutes (very frustrating when doing assignments) and the screen doesn't work properly anymore. I'm running through an external monitor that my Dad borrowed from work. Does anyone know a good computer store in the Melbourne area that won't rip me off? I don't want any bullshit on my computer. I know what I want in terms of memory and the kinds of programs it has to run for my uni stuff, I don't play computer games and I don't want it loaded with all the extra bullshit you get when you buy a Dell or anything else that is packaged. Oh, and price is of the essence here. I don't want to pay more because I'm requesting less (because they have to get in and remove stuff).

At the risk of being labelled a hypocrite...

My valuable lesson this week: Don't let your friends take advantage of your good nature, because it will bring out your bad nature (you'll hear about this in a few days, and you'll know what I'm talking about).

How I'm going to step outside my comfort zone next week: I have my mid-semester break, so I'm going to buy a winter wetsuit and hit the icy cold winter waves.

Karena penuh, maka terpaksa saya harus mengantre untuk mendapat giliran, Sayapun duduk di sofa yang letaknya berada di depan meja operator. Sembari menunggu sayapun membolak - balik tabloid infotainment yang kebetulan tergeletak di depan, sambil sesekali melihat wajah manis si penjaga warnet yang sedang asyik dengan komputernya. Tampak dia senyam - senyum dan cengengesan sendiri dengan monitor komputer di depannya dan tidak menyadari bahwa ada monster yang sedang mengintainya dari dekat. ha ha ha ha :twisted:

Namun kali ini, bukan si gadis penjaga warnet yang membuat saya keheranan. Tapi perilaku anehnya yaitu sering mesam - mesem sendiri pada monitor komputer. Apakah mungkin tidak ada cowok yang lebih cakep, sehingga dia naksir monitor? :lol: jawabannya jelas tidak. Lalu apa? Mungkin saja dia sedang asyik chating dengan teman mayanya di london atau di Bantul sono. Mungkin melihat perilaku tersebut orang pasti akan mahfum dengan segera. Namun bagaimana jika0 kelakuan ini terjadi pada tahun 1990? Pasti orang yang melihatnya akan geleng - geleng kepala, sambil mengurut dada. Tanda prihatin

Saya jadi teringat, pernah ada seorang guru yang waktu itu sedang bertugas menjaga anak didiknya mengerjakan soal ujian. Si guru mesam - mesem sendiri sembari memperhatikan sesuatu di dalam tasnya. Tentu, melihat tingkah laku gurunya seperti ini, si murid hampir bisa memastikan bahwa gurunya sedang ber-SMSan ria. Saking asyiknya, sang guru tidak sadar, bahwa ada salah satu murid yang saling berkirim jawaban kepada temannya dengan teknologi yang sama. Namun bayangkan jika hal yang sama terjadi pada 10 atau 15 tahun yang lalu, Pasti si murid akan mengira gurunya yang tercinta sedang dilanda tekanan batin yang mendalam dari konflik rumah tangganya.

Yah, teknologilah yang membuat hal yang dulunya aneh, menjadi tidak aneh lagi. 20 tahun yang lalu, orang merasa aneh ketika melihat komputer, bahkan mungkin suku pedalaman akan mengiranya sebuah kotak mistis tempat menghuninya para dewa - dewa. Namun sekarang, justru orang akan terlihat aneh jika tidak mengenal semuanya itu.

Sekarang orang sudah terbiasa menggunkan handphone, padahal 10 tahun yang lalu, handphone merupakan barang miliknya orang kaya, miliknya orang wah. Namun kini, dari tukang bakso, penjual mi keliling, penjaga warung sampai mahasiswa, hingga pejabat tinggi dan pengusaha, rata - rata memiliki handphone di saku celananya. Tapi masalah handphone type, merek dan isi pulsanya berapa itu sih urusan belakangan. :lol:

Setelah demam handphone dimana - mana, sekarang mulai menjangkit demam laptop. Sudah bukan barang baru lagi, (meskipun masih terkesan mewah bagi beberapa orang) jika kita jumpai orang menenteng atau memainkan laptopnya di sudut - sudut kampus ataupun di tempat -tempat yang menyediakan hotspot. Entah masalah gengsi, gaya-gayaan, atau bagian dari gaya hidup, saya sendiri ngga ngerti. Tapi, mungkin saja, beberapa tahun yang akan datang, laptop sudah menjadi bagian dari kebutuhan dari hidup ini, dan mungkin akan kita jumpai tiap orang, mulai dari SD sampai kakek -nenek sedang asyik berinternet ria dengan laptopnya di arena - arena hotspot.

Namun sayang sekali, dari kesemuanya itu saya prihatin, karena bangsa kita masih dalam taraf pemakai dan konsumen teknologi, belum ke taraf produsen dan pengembang dari teknologi. Seharusnya kita tidak berbangga diri dengan teknologi yang ada di depan kita, karena itu bukanlah milik kita, tapi milik orang lain yang dijual ke kita. Indonesia yang berpenduduk banyak ini merupakan pasar yang besar bagi negara - negara kecil di eropa dan jepang. Kita sebagai bangsa telah di cekok'i dengan pola pikir dan gaya hidup modern yang bermacam - macam dan aneh - aneh yang pada akhirnya hanya menghilangkan produktivitas kita sebagai bangsa.

Saya berharap itu semua tidak terjadi, dan jika memang telah terjadi, semoga segera berlalu...
